Founding Trustee retires at significant milestones

Well known photographer, author and previous Curator of The National Motor Museum, Michael Ware has retired at the 100th meeting of Trustees, which coincides with 40 years of the Michael Sedgwick Trust. In that time, Michael has twice served as Secretary of the Trust and acted as Vice-Chairman for three years and Chairman for ten years. The 100th meeting was interrupted by a delightful lunch hosted by the Trust's Patron, Lord Ralph Montagu, at Palace House where the National Motor Museum began. To mark the occasion, Lord Montagu presented a plaque to Michael Ware and our photographs show the presentation and the assembled Trustees before and during the lunch.

The Trustees greatly appreciate the long service and sage advice provided by Michael Ware and by mutual consent he will be keeping abreast of developments and will advise on future projects although no longer formally a Trustee or attending meetings.
