The Michael Sedgwick Memorial Trust issues a newsletter by email to keep those who are interested up to date with events in the publishing world as seen through the eyes of the MSMT. The latest newsletter, the second, came out on 28th December 2021.
The current newsletter features items of interest from the world of books and automotive history not previously covered on the website and details of the MSMT-sponsored books expected to be published in the first quarter of 2022.
One of the feature articles in the current newsletter, as reflected in the photographs that accompany this news item, is around Ray Hutton's recently published book, Wheels within Wheels. This personal memoir has been self-published as both a book and a kindle e-book via Amazon. Ray details how he went about the publication of this book, the idiosyncrasies and obstacles he encountered in the process. Whilst the self-publishing pages of this website allude to the process of self-publishing via Amazon, there is nothing like hearing it from someone who has successfully navigated the whole process.
